Our Research-Use-Only Policy Explained
All Ascend Bio Labs products are sold strictly for in vitro and laboratory research by qualified adults. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, are not for human or veterinary use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
If you have visited officialascendlabs.com you have probably noticed the moving research-use-only banner at the top of every page. This article explains why it is there.
What the policy says
Every Ascend Bio Labs product is sold for in vitro laboratory research by qualified adults aged 21 or over. Products are not drugs, medical devices, foods, supplements or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use, and statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Where you will see it
- An animated notice bar in the header of every page.
- A researcher acknowledgement when you first open the home page.
- A research-use-only tag on every product tile and a notice on every product page.
- The footer, the Terms and Conditions and the checkout confirmation.
What it means for buyers
Buying for research means you take responsibility for lawful, safe, laboratory-only handling. It also means this website will not tell you how to use a compound on yourself or anyone else, and it will not make health claims. If you want health information, a licensed clinician is the right source.
What it means for the website
You will not find dose suggestions, injection instructions or customer testimonials about results here. Product descriptions stay at the level of what a compound is and what the published literature studies. We also do not publish customer reviews, because they are too easy to fabricate. Evidence on this site means documents you can check on the COAs page.

Why we are so insistent
Research peptides sit in a space where it is easy for a seller to blur the line between a laboratory material and a consumer product. We prefer to draw the line clearly and repeatedly. It protects buyers from misleading claims, protects the integrity of the documentation we publish and keeps the website honest about what these compounds are. If you ever see wording on this site that sounds like a health claim, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not evaluated by the FDA.
