Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at officialascendlabs.com. Ascend Bio Labs products are sold for laboratory research use only, to adults aged 21 or over.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During busy periods processing may take a little longer, and we will contact you if there is a delay.

Shipping methods and cost

Available shipping methods and their cost are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an e-mail with tracking details. If you have an account, order status is also visible under My Account.

Packaging and temperature

Orders are packed to protect the vials in transit. Lyophilized research compounds are stable at ambient temperature for the period of normal transit, and should be stored as described in peptide storage and handling as soon as they arrive. Please inspect your package on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately through the contact page.

Delays, loss and damage

Carriers occasionally delay or lose parcels. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will review it under our Refund Policy.

Restrictions and customer responsibility

You are responsible for making sure that the products you order may lawfully be received and used for research at your delivery address. We may decline or cancel any order that we believe is not for laboratory research use or that cannot be lawfully shipped.
