CJC-1295 No DAC and Tesamorelin Safety Panels Published
All Ascend Bio Labs products are sold strictly for in vitro and laboratory research by qualified adults. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, are not for human or veterinary use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Two growth-hormone-axis research peptides now have documentation on the COAs page.
CJC-1295 no DAC, 10 mg
The two-page Vanguard Laboratory report lists HPLC-UV/VIS purity of 99.46% ± 0.18% and an assay of 9.11 mg. Page two shows arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury as not detected by ICP-MS, an endotoxin pass and a sterility result of no growth detected under USP <71>.
Tesamorelin, 10 mg
We have published the report’s safety page: heavy metals not detected, endotoxin below 5.00 EU/mg (pass) and no growth in the sterility test. The purity page is not online yet, and the COAs page says so. If you need the full batch documentation, ask through the contact form.
How to use these
Safety panels complement purity: they test for contaminants an HPLC trace would not show. Our education guide Growth Hormone Secretagogue Research explains where each compound fits, and How to Read a Peptide Certificate of Analysis explains the panels.

Why safety panels matter
HPLC shows how much of a sample is the target peptide, but it does not look for trace metals, bacterial endotoxins or living organisms. Those need their own tests, and for a compound that will be dissolved and used in sensitive in vitro systems, an endotoxin result in particular can decide whether an experiment is usable at all. Seeing all three panels next to the purity result gives a more complete picture of a vial.

CJC-1295 no DAC
CJC no DAC is a stabilized 29-amino acid GHRH analog studied for its roles in pituitary somatotroph receptor binding, cAMP signaling cascades, and pulsatile growth hormone secretion. A widely characterized compound in endocrine and growth hormone-IGF-1 axis research literature.
Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a synthetic 44-amino-acid GHRH analog studied for its roles in pituitary somatotroph signaling, hepatic IGF-1 axis modulation, and visceral adipose tissue metabolism. A widely characterized compound in endocrine and metabolic research literature.
Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide and selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist studied for its roles in growth hormone secretion pathways, pituitary somatotroph signaling, and IGF-1 axis modulation. A widely characterized compound in endocrinology and neuroendocrine research literature.
CJC no DAC/Ipamorelin (5/5mg)
CJC no DAC/Ipamorelin is a combination of a stabilized 29-amino-acid GHRH analog and a selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist, studied for its roles in dual-pathway pituitary somatotroph co-activation, cAMP signaling cascades, and pulsatile growth hormone secretion. A widely characterized compound pairing in endocrine and growth hormone–IGF-1 axis research literature.
